How do I get to AT&T Field?
From I-24, take exit 178 onto 27N. Take exit 1C (4th Street/Downtown.) First left on Chestnut Street, first left again on 3rd Street. AT&T Field is at the top of the hill.

From I-75, take 24 West and follow above directions.

Where can I park?
Free parking is available at the Unum parking lots on 3rd Street, just pass the intersection of 3rd Street and Market Street. The Lookouts Trolley runs continuously from these lots from 1/2 hour before the gates open until 1/2 hour after the game ends. Note: This parking is not available during Wednesday day games. There is also various parking available throughout the downtown area, including the Carta Garage at the intersection of Chestnut and 3rd Street.

Is AT&T Field handicap accessible?
Yes. Valet parking is available at AT&T Field for those with handicap license plates. The main seating area and skybox levels are accessible by elevator. When reserving tickets, just ask for handicap seating.

If I can't come to the game, can I exchange my tickets or get a refund?
Unfortunately, there are no refunds or exchanges for tickets.

What happens if it rains?
Games are rarely rained out, even if it rains heavily earlier in the day. If the game is cancelled and 4 complete innings have not been played, you may exchange your ticket for any remaining game in the season, subject to availability. If 4 complete innings have been played, there are no refunds or exchanges for tickets.

Can I bring my own food or drink to AT&T Field?
No. Per Southern League regulations, no outside food or drinks may be brought inside the ballpark. Medical exceptions are permitted.

How can I get a message read on the PA or displayed on the video board?
When you arrive at the game, visit the customer service booth just inside the front gates. For a $2 donation to the Cranio-Facial Foundation, a message will be read during the game and displayed on the video board.

Can I try out to play for the Lookouts?
All player tryouts and signing is handled by the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Can I work for the Lookouts?
The Lookouts hire many seasonal employees to work game days only. To apply, come by the Lookouts Front Office at AT&T Field Monday through Friday, 9-5 and fill out an application.

How can I reserve a giveaway item?
You cannot reserve any promotional giveaways. All items are given out, until they run out, to the first fans through the gate on the night or day of the giveaway. The Lookouts strongly recommend arriving early to the park and apologize to those who do not receive giveaways. Please note, ALL of our giveaways are one item per person, not per ticket. Age restrictions may apply.
